The other day, I tak ingat bila. Oopss 'I'. Mengadee sangat! :p Saya tak ingat hari apa pula, tapi baru-baru ini saya ada baca homemade ice cream's recipe. I got all the ingredients, mix it, blend it and put it in the frozen section in the refrigerator to freeze overnight. :)
Alhamdulillah, menjadi. I made two flavors which are chocolate and milk. Sorry, no pictures this far, because I usually use my handphone's camera to snap all the moments, but right now my HP cannot be turned on.
Saya kongsi resepi dengan awak-awak semua ye.. :)
*1 tin susu cair (1 can of evaporated milk)-400ml
*1 tin susu pekat manis (1 can of sweetened milk)-400ml
-->I did not use exactly 400ml of it because...I don't want it to be too sweet. I just used about 3/4 of the can and alhamdulillah it tasted just nice. :)
*4sb ovalette(4tablespoons of ovalette)
-->I did not use the exact measurement for the ovalette. I only mixed just about 2 tablepoons or so. I did search in the Internet for the function of ovalette. It says that it's to make cake to be more fluffy, cause it helps to trap the air quicker. Ovalette is commonly use to make sponge cake, and... I am not sure why this recipe needs it, but..hehe, I was just following the recipe. :)
*2 cawan air suam (2 cups of lukewarm water)-sorry i don't know the accurate measurement.
Serbuk koko (Cocoa powder)-I didn't measure this portion also. But as far as I remember, it was like 2 tablespoons more or less. If you want to make sure the taste will be alright, just mix the cocoa powder little by little and taste it(the mixture).
Susu tepung (Milk powder)- Hehe, guess what? I also did not measure this ingredient.
-->The cocoa and the milk powder are the flavors option. You can make it with your favourite flavor and make it colorful with a few different food coloring.
Step 1 : Mix all (*) ingredients and I just blend it in a blender for a few minutes.
Step 2 : Separate the mixture into 2 or 3 parts according to how many flavors that you want to make in different containers.
Step 3 : Just mix each of the mixture with your choosen flavor.
Step 4 : Keep the mixtures in the fridge in the frozen section for a night.

Dari apa yang saya dah buat, kekurangan resipi ini ialah aiskrim tu, tak tahan lamalah di luar peti sejuk. Ia cepat cair. Lagi satu, kalau tak guna strong flavor macam serbuk koko tu, rasa susu pekat manis itu akan rasa kuat sikitlah.
Saya punya aiskrim yg berperisa coklat tu, tak rasa sangat susu pekat manis, tapi yg berperisa susu tu, dapat rasalah susu pekat manis. JAdinya kalau nak jual flavor tu kat org, org dah dapat teka bahan yg kita guna. Hehe.
The disadvantage of this recipe:
Easy to melt outside the fridge and people can know that you use sweetened milk for the ice cream when you are using not so strong flavor such as milk powder. But chocolate flavor is okay because the taste of the sweetened milk will not be that strong.
